Personal Contract Purchase

Nissan GT-R’s command strong future / residual values so to date 65% of GT-R customers go for a PCP finance product, which lowers the monthly payments, but does mean that a ‘balloon’ / final payment is required to own the car outright at the end of the term. However due to the larger residual / future values the actual monthly payments are typically less than most clients expect.

Hire Purchase

The balance of GT-R customers go for a HP product, typically over 3 or 4 years, whilst this means it’s more expensive on a monthly basis, once you have made the final payment then the car, and any value in the car, is yours, should you wish to sell or part exchange it – and this also means less overall interest is paid over the period of finance agreement.

Fixed versus Variable Payments

There is always the argument of fixed vs. variable – a topic that many forums cover; but it’s probably best that you call me to discuss this, to see which is right for you, and which type you may or may not qualify for.

Early finance termination

I am also regularly asked about the early termination of finance deals. Clearly this depends on the type of product, but typically, one month’s interest is charged.

It is tricky to pick any one customers comment re the Nissan GT -R but typically they seem to like a quick service with as little fuss as possible as most have located their cars and are just keen to get behind the wheel as quickly as practical that said they seem as almost of our customers do to get the best deal out there.
